At BuyCok, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can request a return within 30 days from the date you received it. Here’s a breakdown of our return process:
Eligibility for Return
To return an item, it must meet the following conditions:
- The product is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and labels still attached.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) and clear photos of the product are required.
- We accept returns only after the product has been delivered. Orders cannot be canceled or returned while they are still in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us and provide the following:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo of the item showing the issue along with its original packaging.
Once we verify the issue, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Return shipping for damaged or incorrect items is always free, even for multiple items. After inspection, you can choose between:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- A replacement item at no additional cost.
Important: The return shipping label has an expiration date. Please make sure to return the item before it expires.
Unsatisfactory Items / Change of Mind
If you wish to return an item because it does not meet your expectations or you simply changed your mind, you may request a return within 30 days. However:
- Photos of the product(s) must be provided to verify condition before return authorization.
- Single item return – Free return shipping is provided, but the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- Multiple items or bulk order returns – A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover additional handling and shipping costs, and the original shipping fee is also non-refundable.

Exchanges
For exchanges, we recommend following the standard return process:
- Single item exchange – Free return shipping is provided, but the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- Multiple items or bulk order exchanges – A return shipping fee will be deducted, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Once the returned item is inspected and accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement product.
Refund Without Return
In some cases, we may issue a refund without requiring you to return the product:
- If your package is lost during transit.
- If your order hasn’t been shipped within 7 business days of purchase.
- If your order hasn’t been delivered within 30 days after shipment (for domestic orders), you are eligible for a refund. For international shipments, delays may occur due to customs inspections, holds, or weather conditions. In such cases, if your order is not delivered within 60 days after shipment, you will be eligible for a refund.

Delivered Package & Theft Responsibility
If a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier to the correct shipping address, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. Any theft from a porch, garage, doorstep, or any unattended location after delivery is outside our liability, and therefore refunds or replacements cannot be issued. Customers must report such incidents to their local law-enforcement authorities. To minimize the risk of theft, customers are advised to track their shipment closely and ensure availability to receive their package at the time of delivery.
Delivered but Not Received (Carrier Marked as Delivered)
In the event that a shipment is marked as Delivered on the official website of the shipping carrier, such delivery shall be deemed successful and complete. If the customer claims non-receipt after a delivery confirmation, the customer is required to first contact the local shipping carrier to initiate a formal investigation. Should the carrier officially determine that the parcel was misdelivered or lost, the carrier will issue written confirmation or proof of loss. The customer must submit this official documentation to support@buycok.com in order for BuyCok to review the claim and, if applicable, process a full refund.
In accordance with carrier policies, delivery to apartment front desks, reception areas, or mail rooms constitutes valid delivery. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and ensuring secure receipt of their shipment. Any loss, misplacement, or theft occurring after a delivery confirmation is beyond the responsibility of BuyCok and the shipping carrier, and no refund or replacement will be issued without official carrier confirmation of loss.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Custom or personalized items.
- Health and personal care products (e.g., beauty items).
- Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids).
- Products that become damaged or defective after 30 days of delivery, or due to customer misuse, mishandling, or accidental damage, are not eligible for return or refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you’re in the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To be eligible, the product must be:
- Unused and in its original condition, with all tags attached.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and it passes inspection, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 2 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Additional Information
Refunds are only issued once the product is returned to us and passes inspection, unless your order qualifies under the ?Refund Without Return? conditions stated above.
Return shipping labels have an expiration date; items must be shipped back before expiry.
Products that break or get damaged after 30 days of delivery, or due to customer mishandling, are not eligible for return or refund.
By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy. Filing chargebacks or bank disputes outside these terms will be treated as a violation of this agreement.
